I too am running late. Hope your day is a great one!!

Went to the wake for my friend last night. That was so sad!!
The funeral is this morning.

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
S-plum
L-Chicken fajita meat on a salad with veggies and cheese
S-banana w/ peanut butter
D-Cod with baby carrots
S- SF something

Good morning all you late folks!  I'm late arriving to work, not my fault.  We brought George's truck to be serviced and they don't open until 7.  I'm usually at work by 6:45.  Of course I'll be here late this evening since we only have one vehicle, so it balances out.

B - protein shake
S - hard boiled egg and 1/2 a banana with peanut butter
L - other half of roast beef wrap from yesterday
S - chicken salad and 2 wheat crackers
D - chicken and veggies
S - cottage cheese and pineapple (it was so good last night it warrants a repeat!)

Good morning Linda and I hope that your day is not just good but fantastic like you are!

I go to the urologist this afternoon for a check up on the kidney disease crap. So far so good that I know of. The last blood work came back normal, but I hope that he doesn't want more blood work. I am so tired of being poked!

Yesterday was not good with food. I just wasn't hungry and so I ended up having a bowl of Special K for breakfast....nothing for lunch and another bowl of Special K for dinner. I know nuts!

B: special k and milk
L: scrambled egg w/cheese
D: split pea soup (I made it in the crock pot but it is to thin!)
S: not sure

Have a good day and I am sending my love and hugs to you. My special prayers are going up for you and yours.

This morning I'm doing planning/prep for some greeting-card-making workshops I'm going to give at a local art gallery later this month (one for kids, one for adults).  This afternoon I will go visit Mom - another trip to the Twilight Zone, probably.

B:  1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, & 1 tsp PB2
S1: 2-3/8 oz tofu
S2: 1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L: 3 oz coriander chicken salad, 3 oz green beans
S: protein shake w/ 1 c. skim milk, 1 tsp decaf instant coffee, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and 1 tbl SF caramel syrup
D:  2 oz salmon veggy cake, 1/4 c. spinach w/ garlic
S:  4 oz SF pudding

Hey Linda, Hope your having a fun kinda day!  My menu is as follows:

Cuppa ambition
B- 1/4 cup Eggbaters and salsa & 1/2 Clemintine orange
S- Protein Drink
L-Turkey rollup & 3 grape tomatos w/ 2 tbls lo fat Italian dressing
S- Protein Drink
D- 2 oz med shrimp w/****tail sauce & spinach salad w/2 tbl lite dressing
S- Edamame & 1 SF fudgcycle

That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it!
